Born in Serang, 1994 

Galih Adika Paripurna graduated from the Painting Studio, Fine Arts Program, Bandung Institute of Technology. People, language and memory are core issues within Galih’s artistic practice. He envisions the materials that he uses to work with (images and objects) as a text that may arise as they come or without any interruption. Ultimately, his works explore the process of how people interpret their memories in building experiences and consciousness.
