M. Alfariz, an artist based in Yogyakarta, is a member of the artist collective MES 56. His works are mostly natural landscapes-facing humans. His first photo series exposed, ‘Abandoned’, is a story about how migrants cannot go back to their hometown. One of his awards is the best artwork in After Mooi Indie #3 exhibition.
