Srisasanti Gallery is delighted to share our participation in Art Jakarta 2025.
Presenting Abenk Alter, Darbotz, Entang Wiharso, J. Ariadhitya Pramuhendra, Liffi Wongso, RYOL, and Taher Jaoui, the works highlight intimacy, connection, and duality through separation and unity, where fragments come together as a whole. Each, extends to the idea of a shared space, routines and structures of modern life.
The artists reveal their own process—building, erasing, and reworking—embracing imperfection as part of its becoming. Within ongoing pressures and constraints, the act of continuing becomes a form of agency. These works stand as a record of hope and resistance, where art finds its autonomy in intimate, shared spaces—between self and others.
Eko Bintang solo presentation highlights his latest series Pandemonium, presenting a eflection of the riot within and the restless scenarios of our minds. The series explores chaos as a theatrical rhythm. Using a range of colors never before touched, each painting moves through that uneasy balance: the thrill before the curtain rises, the nervous pulse before something unfolds. There is always joy in disorder, and in the unpredictable. Pandemonium is less about control and more about enjoying the spectacle, feeling the rush and all the drama. In the end, we are all part of the same endless play.
